Great for larger groups, we can ship our kits bulk packed for an activity on site. Host your own botanical bar, but with all our materials shipped to you (so you can have us anywhere you are!).

Virtual Event Menu 2024
Terrarium Workshops
We teach guests create their own unique gardens under glass. Your guests each receive a carefully planned kit ahead of time, and together, or by recording, they can create their own terrariums.
We can have terrarium kits available with succulent plants, air plants, or tropical/houseplants.
Wreath Making Workshops
One of our most requested events this time of year, we send your guests a smell-good mix of floral accents and greenery, and teach them how to create a beautiful handmade wreath in our signature botanical style.
We have wreath kits available with dried materials (for long lasting wreaths — great for fall!) or more classic winter wreaths with evergreens and other agents.
Vertical Garden Workshops
We send a unique mix of dried and preserved mosses and natural materials, and your guests create their own living works of art.

Due to the live product we are shipping, we can only ship within the contiguous US and do not ship complete kits with live plants or flowers overseas or to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
If you have further away guests we can host a talk only online, we can ship just the hard goods materials to your overseas team (at additional cost). Just let us know in your inquiry if you have any export questions, and we'll do our best to answer.

We include all materials, shipping, and a live workshop on Zoom (preferred). We occasionally need to add on additional shipping, depending on the project (for faster delivery or further away delivery), but we will communicate to you prior to your event if that's the case.

From shipping thousands of kits over the last 4 years, we have experience timing our shipping to optimize both on-time arrival and freshness of our product. That said, things happen that are beyond our control with carriers. We monitor shipments for all our live events, and communicate with you if we see any potential shipping issues, and handle any replacements as needed for our live product kits. Our goal is to make virtual events as seamless as possible for you and your guests and will do everything in our power to make sure that is the case.

Our live events online start at $850 total. We do not have a maximum and have hosted for 400+ guests in the past. For recorded events, we do not have a minimum, and can ship smaller quantities or group kits for groups gathering in person.

While everyone sees pricing differently, if you’re wondering this, let’s tackle it head on. A few reasons…
1) Flowers and plants are grown and transported to Chicago from both local producers and growers around the world. The cultivation, care and transport of plants and cut flowers in 2024 is costly and has increased 20%+ in the last few years.
2) Our pricing reflects our 8 years of experience hosting hundreds of unique, successful events for thousands of guests. We bring a curated and large selection of beautiful products to every event and take extra care and expertise to make sure your guests are happy and event is a success. This is not your average workshop. This is an expertly designed workshop from a master gardener and experienced event florist.
3) We are a small business and take care to pay our employees and contractors fair wages for work in a large city, with expertise to guide your guests with ease.
4) Beyond sharing our why on pricing, know that behind every event is typically 3-4 times that in hours of work for our team, between purchasing, packing, processing and packing, shipping logistics, and cleanup of our materials before and after each event.
That said, we recognize our pricing is not a fit for many. We are working on ways to make our plant and flower work more accessible to all with free and lower cost online offerings and community events.
